It is not permitted to participate on multiple competitions per competition day.

Referee qualification:

At least a national referee license is required

International / National / Aspirant National

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The required number of qualified referees must be entered into the inscription system before athletes can be added to the competition.

The referees activity is not paid by the organizer.

Formula of the U17 and Senior epee tournament:
Two pool rounds of 6, 7 or 8 fencers, without elimination, followed by direct elimination
Third place is not drawn.

. The organizer declines all responsibility in the event of
accidents, loss or theft.

. Street shoes and heels are prohibited in the sports halls. People with them will be asked to leave them at the entrance to the rooms.

. Pets are prohibited throughout the sports center.

Preventive measures Covid-19

Payment for registration is to be made by bank transfer before the competition.
One transfer per club or per fencer, based on the number of registered players.

Due to the steady decline in the number of infections and hospitalizations, the corona barometer has been deactivated.
Concretely, this implies:

. The obligation to wear a mask is removed, however the mask is still recommended in very busy places.

. Belgian and foreign fencers and accompanying persons are no longer subject to the presentation of a valid vaccination or recovery certificate or a test result
However, this decision does not apply to fencers and accompanying persons from a country confronted with the presence of a new worrying variant. For these, the testing rules remain in effect.

If the sanitary measures should be modified before the tournament is held, all participants will be notified.

In the event of a dispute, only the French language regulations (available upon request) will be considered. The rules translations in Dutch and English are non-binding and given as reference only.
