A valid EFC licence is required.
A valid DFB fencing pass is a starting requirement for German fencers. Adolescents under the age of 18 need a health certificate (not older than 365 days).

Each member federation can register an overall total of 24 fencers for each tournament, between 13-23 years old. Taking into consideration the general objective of the project we
are anticipating that federations will register 12 fencers in the U23 category and 12 fencers in the U20 category.
If a federation does not use their quota of 12 registered U23
fencers, the remaining number, up to a maximum 6 fencers, can be used by the federation to register additional fencers in the U20 age category.
For the organising country the quota is doubled.

Referee qualification:

At least a zonal referee license is required

Judges not older then age of 60 years

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The referees activity is not paid by the organizer.

We expect an adequate appearance:
    - Trouser suit or skirt
    - Suit and tie

The referees officiating circuit should have EFC C or FIE licence and an annual license, good national or international level qualification and be aged minimum 18 and less than 60.

Individual tournament:
a) In the first competition of each weapon the initial ranking will be set as follows:
1. FIE junior ranking
2. EFC U23 Circuit ranking
3. The places of non-ranked fencers are drawn randomly
b) In remaining tournaments the EFC FFE individual ranking will be considered.

The competition is held on the basis of the rules and regulations of the FIE and the EFC.

Organizer assume no liability. All participants are responsible for the personal equipment.

The participants submit to the jurisdiction of the FIE, EFC and the relevant national federation.

Doping controls will be carried out.
The DFB / Organiser is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect performance of doping tests, unless the DFB / Organiser is proven to have acted with intent or gross negligence.

The participants and their legal representatives declare that they agree to a publication of their names, clubs and year of birth as the as the competition data.. The fencer / legal representative declares his consent to the production, distribution and display of images, sound and film during the competitions. This consent is free of charge, has unlimited territorial and temporal validity and applies to the right to the image as well as the general right of personality. It includes all media, but in particular the right to reproduce recordings in print, TV shows and the Internet. There is the possibility, but no obligation, to give the name.

A doctor is present in the competition site.
Only doctors are entitled according to the international statutes to grant medical breaks during the fights.

All participants are required to check prior to the event to see if any more extensive EFC or state regulations have not been implemented.
