The test battery is based on a nationally standardized test organization and test implementation within the framework of the guidelines for the promotion of youth competitive sports of the DOSB in the state associations. This serves to check the conditional performance requirements, which pursues a systematic preparation of young athletes in terms of long-term performance development.

Uploading a data protection declaration is a requirement for participation.

For the evaluation of the LAL points, only the achievement of the U15 values is decisive. Therefore U13 starters who are to be counted in the U15 for the LAL calculation must perform the U15 tests and achieve their values.
These athletes are to be given the release "U15 passed" by the test director.

A random sample of people from the DFB's observer pool will be present at the set dates to monitor the correct execution. The test battery is carried out by the testing personnel of the countries authorized by the DFB. The attending testing personnel may call upon auxiliary persons to assist them. However, they are still responsible for the overall testing and supervise the assistants.
The time limit for carrying out the test battery is three hours.

Organizer assume no liability. All participants are for responsible for the personal equipment.

The participants submit to the jurisdiction of the German Fencing Federation e.V.

The participants and their legal representatives declare that they agree to a publication of their names, clubs and year of birth as the as the competition/event data. The fencer / legal representative declares his consent to the production, distribution and display of images, sound and film during the competitions/events. This consent is free of charge, has unlimited territorial and temporal validity and applies to the right to the image as well as the general right of personality. It includes all media, but in particular the right to reproduce recordings in print, TV shows and the Internet. There is the possibility, but no obligation, to give the name.
