The number of participants is unlimited.

A valid DFB fencing pass is a starting requirement for German fencers. Adolescents under the age of 18 need a health certificate (not older than 365 days).

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The referees activity is paid by the organizer.

All referees are payed 50 € (regional referees an higher) and 25 € (module 1 beginner referees). The paiement is done cashless. All referees have to bring their IBAN to the tournement. The paiement is only done if the referee attends the referee meeting in the morning and stays available during the whole competition day for the tournament.

Rules and legal

The fees have to be paid for the whole club. The clubs receive a bill. All referees have to attend the referee meeting.
Liability

Organizer assume no liability. All participants are for responsible for the personal equipment.
Jurisdiction

The participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Rheinische and Westfälische Fechter-Bund.
