The number of participants is unlimited.

A valid DFB fencing pass is a starting requirement for German fencers. Adolescents under the age of 18 need a health certificate (not older than 365 days).

It is not permitted to participate on multiple competitions per competition day.

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The referees activity is not paid by the organizer.

We expect an appropriate appearance: - trouser suit or skirt - suit and tie.

The referees must be available to the tournament organisers for the entire tournament day.

The event takes place according to FIE regulations.
Liability

Organizer assume no liability. All participants are for responsible for the personal equipment.
Jurisdiction

The participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Brandenburger Fechterbund e.V.
Image / TV rights

The participants and their legal representatives declare that they agree to a publication of their names, clubs and year of birth as the as the competition data.. The fencer / legal representative declares his consent to the production, distribution and display of images, sound and film during the competitions. This consent is free of charge, has unlimited territorial and temporal validity and applies to the right to the image as well as the general right of personality. It includes all media, but in particular the right to reproduce recordings in print, TV shows and the Internet. There is the possibility, but no obligation, to give the name.

Remarks

It is also possible to compete in the tournament without a referee. In this case, the "Referee surcharge" must be paid.

The "Referee surcharge" is also due if the participating clubs do not register any referees in accordance with the key by the registration deadline or
the judges are not present on the day of the tournament.

The judges must be named with the entry form. Missing judges will be provided by the organiser. Therefore, judges who have not been registered but are brought along on the day of the competition cannot replace the surcharge for non-registered judges.

The judges must be available from the beginning to the end of the tournament day.

Referees will be reimbursed for their expenses in the form of vouchers for the cafeteria.

Participants from putside germany pay the entry fee and the Referee surcharge (if they have non referee) in cash at the competition.
