The team competitions will take place immediately after the individual competitions (depending on the course of the individual competitions in the respective weapon). |

| Image / TV rights |
The participants and their legal representatives declare that they agree to a publication of their names, clubs and year of birth as the as the competition data.. The fencer / legal representative declares his consent to the production, distribution and display of images, sound and film during the competitions. This consent is free of charge, has unlimited territorial and temporal validity and applies to the right to the image as well as the general right of personality. It includes all media, but in particular the right to reproduce recordings in print, TV shows and the Internet. There is the possibility, but no obligation, to give the name. |

The current hygiene concept of the venue applies, as well as the concept of the Berliner Fechterbund. |

| Equipment |
Equipment according to DFB regulations. Equipment according to definition DFB. |

| Awards | Individual awards: places 1st to third place medals, places 1 to 8 certificates. Team awards: 1st and second place medals, places 1 to 8 certificates. Dress code award ceremony: Club tracksuit or club jacket and fencing pants or fencing suit. Fencing shoes for all mandatory. |

| Remarks |
Obligatory referees are to be provided according to the number of athletes per weapon and gender, each separately. The referees are required all day on the respective competition day and are to be reported via the online registration system!!! |
