Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day. They need to be distributed proportional to the entries of this day. They must be qualified judging disciplines proportionally to the entries for this discipline.

The referees activity is not paid by the organizer.

Format

To be decided according to the number of participants.
Presumably one round of pools followed by a direct elimination with all athletes qualified. M/F may fence mixed pools with separated DEs.

Liability

Organizer assume no liability. All participants are for responsible for the personal equipment.
Jurisdiction

The participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Deutscher Fechter-Bund e.V. and the Südbadischer Fechterbund e.V.
Image / TV rights

The participants and their legal representatives declare that they agree to a publication of their names, clubs and year of birth as the as the competition data.. The fencer / legal representative declares his consent to the production, distribution and display of images, sound and film during the competitions. This consent is free of charge, has unlimited territorial and temporal validity and applies to the right to the image as well as the general right of personality. It includes all media, but in particular the right to reproduce recordings in print, TV shows and the Internet. There is the possibility, but no obligation, to give the name.
Equipment

Supplier Uhlmann Fencing will be on site both days.
Directions Via highway A5, exit Lahr, dustributor road until exit Offenburg (B3).
Afterwards turn right at the first traffic light, go straight ahead to the second intersection and turn right.
Signs "Hallensportzentrum". –

Via B415 (Kinzigtal) towards highway exit Offenburg, afterwards as above. –
