Circuit Jeunes Lames

It is not permitted to participate on multiple competitions per competition day.

Only one entry per athlete for each category is allowed.

Referee qualification:

Examen CJL et plus

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The required number of qualified referees must be entered into the inscription system before athletes can be added to the competition.

The referees activity is not paid by the organizer.

Foreign fencer, who do not have access to Ophardt, must register by email via their club before February 10, 2022. If the fencers quota of a club so requires, the club must also mention the referee (s) who will be present. The club must provide a copy of the fencers' licenses as well as the qualification of the referee (s).

The organizer declines all responsibility in the event of an accident or theft...

Participants may be photographed or filmed during the event. These photos or videos may be used to promote the organising club's or the FFCEB's activities (posters, leaflets, web, social networks, etc.).

Registration therefore implies that you authorize the organizing club and FFCEB to freely use the photos and videos containing your image in any type of publication as stated above. Nevertheless, any participant (or its legal representative for under 18 people) may indicate his refusal to publish the individual photos concerning him by simple letter or email addressed to the person in charge.

HEALTH PROTOCOL :
The COVID Safe Ticket is compulsory from the age of 16 and will be checked at the entrance.
Wearing a mask is compulsory from the age of 6.
The mask must be worn in all circumstances except in the cafeteria area.
Fencers may remove the mask during warm-up and matches.
It must be worn in all circumstances apart from these exceptions.
Following the Covid measures, the public is banned.
Young people under 18 can be accompanied by two parents.
Only fencers and coaches will be allowed on the strip areas :
- from 1 to 3 fencers : 1 coach
- from 4 to 8 fencers : 2 coaches
- from 9 fencers and more : 3 coaches
