Die Teilnahme an der Prüfung ist nur möglich, wenn vor Beginn der Wettkampfprüfung folgende Unterlagen vorliegen:
- Vollständig ausgefüllter Fechtkompass
- Vollständig ausgefüllter Fechtpass
- Bei Minderjährigen: Gültiges ärztliches Attest (nicht älter als 365 Tage)

Geprüft wird nach DFB Sportordnung §§ 17, 18, DFB-Lehrheft, DFB-TRP-Fragenkatalog und DFB-TRP-Prüfungsordnung.
Prüflinge, die die Prüfung nicht bestanden haben, können diese im nächsten Halbjahr wiederholen.

It is not permitted to participate on multiple competitions per competition day.

Only one entry per athlete for each category is allowed.

Rules and legal

Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 20 beschränkt (kann je nach örtlichen Gegebenheiten auch geringer sein), Mindestanzahl 6.
Vorrang haben Mitglieder des Württembergischen Fechterbundes. Betreten der Sporthalle nur mit Turnschuhen; im gesamten Hallenbereich besteht ein absolutes Rauchverbot.

Equipment

Muss den DFB-Richtlinien der jeweiligen Altersklasse entsprechen. Mädchen/Frauen benötigen einen Brustschutz.

Remarks

Alle teilnehmenden Prüflinge sind vom meldenden Verein vor der Meldung online im Service-Portal des DFB zu erfassen.

Nicht im Ophardt-Melde-Tool zur Prüfung gemeldete Prüflinge zählen als „nicht teilgenommen“ und können keine TRP bestätigt bekommen!

Die Fechtpässe aller Prüflinge sind vor dem Aufruf vollständig ausgefüllt und vereinsweise abzugeben. Fechtpässe können durch die Vereine beim zuständigen LFV gegen eine Gebühr spätestens 3 Wochen vor der Prüfung bestellt werden. Die Anzahl der Fechtpässe muss sich mit der Anzahl der gemeldeten Fechter decken.

Wird bei der Prüfung kein Fechtpass vorgelegt, so stellt der Prüfer eine Bescheinigung bei bestandener Prüfung aus (5,00€ Gebühr). Die TRP wird dann später gegen Vorlage der Bescheinigung von einem berechtigten Prüfer des WFB oder von den anderen Landesverbänden im Fechtpass nachgetragen.

Für Prüflinge aus anderen Landesverbänden wird seitens des WFB kein Fechtpass ausgestellt, sie erhalten lediglich eine kostenpflichtige Bescheinigung (5,00€ Gebühr) und die Prüfung muss über ihren eigenen Landesverband im Fechtpass eingetragen werden.
