A valid DFB fencing pass is a starting requirement for German fencers. Adolescents under the age of 18 need a health certificate (not older than 365 days). Certificates issued on the day of the tournament will not be accepted.

The participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Hessischer Fechterverband e.V.
Image / TV rights

The participants and their legal representatives declare that they agree to a publication of their names, clubs and year of birth as the as the competition data.. The fencer / legal representative declares his consent to the production, distribution and display of images, sound and film during the competitions. This consent is free of charge, has unlimited territorial and temporal validity and applies to the right to the image as well as the general right of personality. It includes all media, but in particular the right to reproduce recordings in print, TV shows and the Internet. There is the possibility, but no obligation, to give the name.

Accomodation
Directions Am Samstag 18.02.2023 von 14:11 bis ca. 16:30 ist in Maintal-Dörnigheim ein Karnevalsumzug. Es ist mit Einschränkungen im Straßenverkehr von ca. 12 bis 18 Uhr zu rechnen. Von 13 Uhr bis ca. 16 Uhr ist die Berliner Straße vor dem Parkplatz Maintalhalle voraussichtlich vollständig gesperrt. Wer in dieser Zeit mit seinem Auto abreisen möchte, sollte östlich der Berliner Straße parken, z.B. auf dem Parkplatz Eichenheege (Fußweg ca. 600 m).

Auto: Berliner Str. 64, 63477 Maintal
ÖPNV 1: Bahnhof Maintal Ost. Von dort ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg: Bahnhofstraße 50 m in südlicher Richtung, bei der ersten Kreuzung links in die Berliner Straße und dort bis zur Maintalhalle.
ÖPNV 2: Bushaltestelle "Maintal-Halle" direkt vor der Halle.
Catering The Cafeteria is run by our club.
Remarks

Es gibt traditionell eine Cafeteria mit reichhaltigem Angebot der Vereinsmitglieder.

Pflichtkampfrichter erhalten einen Verzehrgutschein für die Cafeteria über 5€.

Die Ablösung von fehlenden Pflichtkampfrichtern ist mit Meldeschluss anzumelden. Andernfalls erhöht sich die Ablöse je fehlender Pflichtkampfrichterin auf 250 Euro.
