It is not permitted to participate on multiple competitions per competition day.

Referee qualification:

At least a national referee license is required

International / National / Aspirant National

Referees must be provided based on the total entries per day.

The required number of qualified referees must be entered into the inscription system before athletes can be added to the competition.

The referees activity is not paid by the organizer.

Athletes may have to judge each other

One or two rounds of pools of 6, 7 or 8 fencers, without elimination, followed by a direct elimination table. The third place is not drawn. If the number of participants does not allow pools of 5 to be avoided, two rounds of pools will be organised.

Preventive measures Covid-19

Due to health protocols, the tournament capacity is limited to 150 participants per day. Fencers who are not licensed in Belgium will therefore be accepted within the limit of available places, and in the order of receipt of registrations.

It is strongly recommended to pay the registrations by transfer before the competition. One transfer per club or per fencer, based on the number of registrants.

Accompanying persons and spectators will not be allowed on the competition area. They will have to stay in the area specified "spectators". A tracing form will be set up at the entrance of the competition. For the U17, it is recommended to limit to two accompanying person per fencer. For seniors, it is recommended to limit to one accompanying person per fencer.

Each club may designate 1 coach/coach who will have access to the competition area, on the basis of 1 person for every 5 competitors entered (1 coach max 5 fencers or less, 2 2 from 6 to 10, 3 from 11 and over, ...). The club must send to the organising club the names, first names and telephone numbers of these persons.

Wearing a mask is mandatory for everyone, except for the fencters during their warm-up or during the matches. Wearing a mask is also compulsory between two matches.

In order to simplify the management of the presents, no registrations will be accepted after the deadline. Likewise, it will not be possible to unregister after this deadline.
